CIS Chemical Inventory System¨

The CIS Chemical Inventory System, developed by ChemSW, is a high-performance, relational database system for tracking chemicals, materials, and other laboratory supplies on the desktop or in a network environment. It is used successfully in over 3000 laboratories, from single stockrooms to large multisite international enterprise environments where it has saved companies huncreds of thousands of dollars in inventory and disposal costs.

With CIS, you can

  • list of all the chemicals, materials, and supplies in your facility
  • keep track of where they are and how much you have (chemicals)
  • monitor who uses them
  • generate reports listing chemicals and materials by location, vendor, name, etc.

The program contains extensive on-line help, and a complete 12 part tutorial covering all aspects of operation.

  • easy-to-use ad hoc reporting

The CISPro 2000 Enterprise Version has all the features of the CISPro 2000 Desktop version plus:

  • Oracle or MS SQL Serverª Database Management Systems
  • generation of TIER II reports at the end of each year
  • linkage to MSDS SimpleView Web (Requires MSDS Digital Filing Cabinet Enterprise)
