MolSuite 2000TM from ChemSW is a suite of three applications:
- ChemSite Pro - molecular modeling (with great graphics)
- Molecular Modeling Pro Plus - physical property calculations
- MolSuiteDB - a database of properties of 24,000 organic molecules
We normally do not distribute applications for molecular modeling of organics - there are lots of places to go for those. We distribute MolSuite 2000 because it includes a large database of molecular properties and an application for predicting them for other compounds.
Model building is easy in ChemSite Pro which provides fast minimization and display of molecules and crystals in a 3D environment. Structures are easily copied and pasted to other MolSuite programs.
Paste your molecule into Molecular Modeling Pro Plus and calculate up to 70 molecular and bulk properties. Plot the data and use statistical regression techniques to analyze it.
Use MolSuite 2000 to develop and maintain a database starting with data MolSuiteDB, with over 24,000 organic molecules and their physiochemical properties.
