OPTIMATR

OPTIMATR computes the optical properties of a range of materials with potential use in optical systems. Properties include index of refraction, absorption coefficient, and scatter coefficient as functions of wavelength and temperature. OPTIMATR includes data for over 120 crystals, dielectrics, semiconductors, metals and glasses.

  • Free carrier
  • Multiphonon
  • Urbach Tail
  • Mie scatter
  • Rayleigh scatter
