To order, contact us phone, fax, e-mail, or snail mail using the addresses below. We accept the following forms of orders and payment:

• VISA
• MasterCard
• American Express
• corporate purchase order
• prepaid check drawn on US funds
• wire transfers (contact us for bank info)

We do not recommend sending credit card information via unencrypted e-mail. We do request prepayment from overseas customers with whom we have not done business in the past.
