Ceramic Phase Diagrams - Beat the Price Increase

If you have thought licensing this large collection of phase diagrams for yourself or your organization, this might be time to act. A new version (3.1) will be released in June. If you purchase a copy of the current version before the release and then upgrade to the new version, you will save money, especially for multi-user licenses.

As a further incentive, if you purchase the current version from us now, we will cover $100 of the upgrade price to version 3.1 and include a complimentary copy of our own phase diagram product, IceNine Phase Diagrams.

Consider a Site License

Although the collections of metal and ceramic phase diagrams from ASM and the American Ceramic Society might be a bit pricey for individuals, the costs of site-wide network licenses are very reasonable. Site license prices are shown below (in parentheses) with the single user license price.

  • Phase Diagrams for Ceramists $2545 ($4995)
  • ASM Binary Alloys $ 970 ($1460)
  • ASM Ternary Alloys $5100 ($7650)
  • Pauling File Binaries $1950 ($2925)

As an extra incentive, if you purchase a license for any of the above, we will include a copy of IceNine Phase Diagrams, our own collection of 1700 binary diagrams for metal and ceramic systems. There is a lot of overlap in binary diagram coverage, but the IceNine diagrams are more functional and interactive.

Phase Diagram Calculations

The calculation of phase diagrams is becoming more mainstream and accessible to non-specialists. Have a look at the phase diagram calculation capabilities of FactSage in our Thermochemistry section. If calculation of phase equilibria in a multi-component system would help your technical efforts, contact me. It might be easier than you think.
